Mystery Shawl

Designer: Lori Law

This pattern will be released as a series of 3 clues.

In keeping with the mystery, you will only know these things:  this shawl is not a traditional triangle shape; and, it has mystical and whimsical surprises knit in.

It requires about 420 yds [384 m] of lace / light-fingering yarn.  It will knit up beautifully in a yarn which transitions through multiple colours but it will also look gorgeous in a solid / tonal colourways.

If desired, you could also knit the beginning section in one colourway and use an alternative colourway for the border – estimate about 250 yds for each section, to allow for some wiggle room with yardage.

There are hints throughout the pattern about the final product.  Pay attention.  :)
