Brown Derby French Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 1/2 tsps salt
- 1 tbs ground black pepper
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 clove garlic, chopped (or more, to taste)
- 1 cup cup olive oil
Cooking Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until a thick dressing forms.
- If making by hand, place everything except the oil in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add the oil slowly and whisk, whisk, whisk, to make a thick dressing,
