PDF DOWNLOAD. This easy bottom-up triangular-shaped shawl was inspired by the small posies bouquets sold by Eliza Doolittle in “My Fair Lady”. This fingering-weight shawl features small floral sprig motifs and a climbing vine border that is knit on after the central triangle is finished. This pattern is easily modified to accommodate more or less yarn, and is a pretty summer accessory to throw on in the evenings over a sundress or a T-shirt.

Materials: About 400 yds [366 m] of light fingering-weight yarn.
Yarn Details: A 2-ply yarn, spun semi-woolen with 540 yards [494 m] per 4 oz. – 2160 ypp.
Needles: US4 [3.5mm] 36” [90cm] circular; 2 DPNs for the edging.
Gauge: 6 stitches per inch over stockinette before blocking.
Finished Size: 40” [101.6 cm] wide by 26” [66 cm] deep.
Other: tapestry needle for darning ends.
