Spiralling cables and soft warmth make this the perfect winter accessory. Knit it up in heathery 3-ply as shown or your favourite sport/DK wool. Sea Lilies, which are actually marine animals also known as crinoids or feather stars, are found in the deep sea along coral reefs.
Materials: About 190 yds [173 m] of sport/DK yarn
Yarn Details: 3-ply BFL sportweight. Approximately 15 wpi, about 1200 ypp.
Needles: Size 3US [3.25mm] & 5US [3.75mm] circulars or DPNs to suit knitting in the round
Gauge: 6 stitches x 8 rows per 1” [2.54 cm] square in stockinette after blocking.
Finished Size: 20” [173 cm] around (with a lot of stretch potential), 8.5” [76 cm] deep.
Other: cable needle, tapestry needle for darning.
