Roasted Asparagus

I used to try and add extra asparagus to the grill so that I would have cooked stalks ready to use through the week. It never worked because the asparagus right off the grill was so good we would eat whatever amount we had. Asparagus can be roasted in the oven up to three days in advance, just keep it covered and refrigerated until ready to use.
