Beef Burgundy
Here is my favorite: Beef Burgundy

I no longer have a slow cooker (my husband always thought slow cooked meals tasted funny), so I make this on the stovetop, simmering for about 3 hours. I also add a little extra Worcestershire and add the mushrooms in the last hour of cooking. In fact, I’m making this for dinner tomorrow!
