Slowcooker Chuck Roast with Veggies

Ingredients

3-1/2 to 4 Lb Thick Cut Chuck Roast
4-5 Lg Potatoes cut in 1/4’s
4-5 Carrots cut in half
4-5 small peeled onions
1-15oz can diced or stewed tomatos
3-4 TBS tomato paste

Instructions

Place roast in bottom of slowcooker.  Place veggies over top.  Mix both types of tomato and pour over top.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, turn down to LOW and allow to cook 6-8 hours.
